Our Structure
UK and International Divisions
To reflect the increasing globalisation and convergence of business, Winfield Ward has two operating divisions.
Our UK Division focuses on the recruitment of accountants within industry, commerce, banking, insurance and financial services in the United Kingdom.
Our International Division provides continuity to those same UK sectors whilst acknowledging clients' global capabilities. To reflect this international perspective we also have a team of consultants who focus on the identification and placement of multi-lingual accountants.
From Acorn to Oak Tree
We cover the full spectrum of functions and disciplines from Accounts Payable to Finance Director and Non-Exec Appointments. We partner many of our candidates in providing them with ongoing career management and advisory services and most importantly have many who return to us as clients in their own right.
